The complex of holiday apartments and studios “ABELIA RESIDENCE” is located in the “west” zone of the tourist complex “Sunny Beach”. It is located on Regulated land property XV-352 in district 3801 of the development plan of the resort on a total area of 1 539 m2.
The building is designed for seasonal use, but it is possible to do this all year round. For the most part, the land area is divided into one-bedroom studio apartments. The construction of the building is monolithic – reinforced concrete, with a skeletal-beamless structural system.

The yard will be maximally landscaped. Access to it is controlled and is carried out along the main entrance of the building. There is also an outdoor pool combined with a children’s pool and an outdoor day bar with natural access to the pool and the building.
