The residential complex of exclusive holiday apartments “Blue Marine Residence” is situated in a regulated plot of land I-510, in district 55A according to the plan of the village of Ravda, Nessebar municipality. The plot is 957.50 m 2 .
It is located on Briz Street in the central part of the village of Ravda, at a distance of less than 50 meters from the beach. The plot is angular and borders on the northeast and northwest with an asphalt street, on the southwest with 509, and to the southeast with LPR II-510. The distance to the southern beach of Ravda is not more than 200, and the distance to the coast is about 50 m.
The designed building stands at the required regulatory distances from the property boundaries. The requirement to increase the distances from the construction to the side property boundaries has been met.
Functional and compositional solution
The building is located in the northeastern part of the plot, in order to maximize the green recreational area in the south-southeastern part of the terrain. The holiday complex is structured so that northwest of the street are corridors and vertical communications, elevator and staircase. it is possible to locate all homes with sea view and at the same time in the most attractive exposure – northeast, east, south and southwest.
The architectural image of the building is free of unnecessary detail, but it strongly influences with its plasticity and unity of forms.
The smooth line of the southern terraces will provide even and constant sunlight. The cheerful nature of the building is emphasized by the wavy continuous balconies, casting variables during the day shadows, as well as the planned vertical landscaping.
The specific architectural elements of the facade, as well as the interesting decorative effects and color solutions emphasize the elite look of the project.
The complex has a total of 28 apartments , of which 21 apartments have one bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom, and 3 apartments have two bedrooms, spacious living room with kitchenette, dining area , and two bathrooms. There are also 4 one-volume studios.
The developed dwellings are of the “seasonal” type – small, but with the necessary for this type of moderate luxury. the corresponding level of luxury and are fully equipped. Individual air conditioning of each home is provided.

Constructive solution and materials
The load-bearing structure of the building is reinforced concrete, beamless.
The external walls are brick, 25 cm thick and have thermal insulation on the outside. The internal partition walls are made of single brick – 12 cm.
Silicate plaster will be used for the facade walls. For the facade glazing the use of aluminum / PVC windows with double glazing is provided.
During the design of the building all normative and pre-normative documents, Ordinance N7 / rules and norms for the structure of the separate types of territories and development zones / and Ordinance N2 for “Fire-fighting construction-technical norms” have been observed.
