The planning scheme is well known and extremely economical – a corridor with bilaterally located apartments, an isolated staircase and an elevator. Architecturally and functionally, the building is designed in the spirit of the already established style, successfully implemented in the previous three projects The investor in the period 2010-2012.
The architectural image of the project is sought in generalized volumes and dynamics through plaster in fresh tones – orange and white, as well as in the contrast of dark roof elements.
