The holiday apartment complex GERBER RESIDENCE is located in the “western” zone of the Sunny Beach tourist complex. It is located on the construction site III-420 in the district 3401 of the plan of construction and zoning of the complex with a total area of 1 966 m 2
The building is intended for seasonal use, but it is possible to do it all year round.The living space is divided mainly into one-bedroom apartments such as STUDIO, as well as small one-bedroom apartments. On the last two floors of the building there are 14 apartments with one or two bedrooms such as penthouses with internal stairs. The predominant STUDIO one-bedroom apartment combines a bedroom and a living room with a separate living room with sofas, a sleeping area, a kitchenette and a private bathroom with a bathtub.
The one-bedroom apartments are economical in their purpose and consist of a compact bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a dining area, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. two levels, which makes them extremely functional in a relatively small area.
For all types of houses, if necessary, the living space will be adapted as an additional bed / in a 2 + 2 configuration /.
In order to expand the range of houses offered in the complex are designed and 2 pcs. two-room penthouses with the most compact layout. Each of them contains 2 bedrooms, living room / living room / with kitchen and dining area, hallway and bathroom with tub.
The project is solved in a compact volume, located in the central part of the area with a long east-west axis, which allows all houses in the building to have a sea view as a direction and a real sea view in the last 3 levels of the building.
The planning scheme is well-known and extremely economical – a corridor with bilaterally located apartments, an isolated staircase and an elevator.
The architectural image of the project is sought in the generalized volumes and dynamics through the plaster of fresh tones – orange and white, as well as in the contrast of dark bitumen tiles, additionally touched by the openings of the terraces and triangular penthouse windows.
The stylish color scheme of the building gives the project a modern look and modern radiance, enhanced by the elegant detail of the openwork railings on the terraces.
All apartments and studios have their own terraces covered with a large cornice. Large windows used with double-glazed windows contribute to the abundant lighting of the rooms, regardless of the type of apartment.
The building has no basement and consists of 5 standard residential floors, as well as the 6th floor of the penthouse, deployed on two levels. The construction of the building is monolithic-reinforced concrete, with a frame-beamless structural system. The walls are made of ceramic bricks, protected from the outside by the necessary thermal insulation – as standard. The interior walls will be treated with materials without wet processes. Facades will be decorated with mineral moisture-resistant plasters, stone, metal, etc. on architectural detail. Joinery will be made of PVC with a thermal bridge, which will contribute to the overall comfort of the building.
Necessary means of communication and security are provided; cable and internet installations, as well as air conditioning.
The apartments will be accessible through a controlled entrance with a security room. Entrance from the south through the main entrance of the building, from where a small corridor leads to the stairs and elevator located in the center of the building.
The yard will be landscaped as much as possible. The approach to the building is from the street on the south side of the site through an entrance with controlled access. There is an open car park for 16 cars, which is separated from the building by a landscaping strip. There is a separate pedestrian entrance to the fence from the east to the beach. On the opposite side of the building is a large outdoor pool with a children’s section, and communication with the building is through entrances at both ends of the corridor.

Reservations for apartments in the Gerber Residence – 3 complex are made only after the potential client has made a guarantee deposit of at least 1000 euros. This amount guarantees the suspension of the offer of a particular property for 1 calendar month and ensures the conclusion of a preliminary contract of sale of real estate. It is not refundable to the buyer under any circumstances, except when concluding a preliminary contract, in which case it is deducted from the sale price.
