The complex of holiday apartments GERBER RESIDENCE-2 is located in the “west” zone of the tourist complex “Sunny Beach”. It is located on Regulated Land Property III-437 in district 3403 of the development and zoning plan of the complex with a total area of 2 662 m 2
The building is designed for seasonal use, but it is possible to do this all year round. The living area is divided mainly into one-bedroom apartments type STUDIO, as well as small one-bedroom apartments with 1 bedroom. In the last two floors of the building are developed 20 apartments with one or two bedrooms of maisonette type with internal ladder. Reservation of an apartment in the complex Gerber Residence – 2 is made only after payment of a guarantee deposit of at least 1,000 Euros by the potential client. This amount guarantees the suspension of the offer of the specific real estate for 1 calendar month and ensures the conclusion of a preliminary contract for purchase and sale of real estate. It is not subject to refund to the customer under any circumstances, except when signing a preliminary contract, in which case it is deducted from the sale price.
Making a deposit payment confirms the potential buyer’s agreement to the terms published above.
