The residential building is designed as an apartment for seasonal use / if possible all year round /. The living area is compactly divided into one-bedroom studio apartments. The apartments are economically designed, in accordance with their purpose – sleeping area, living room with kitchenette and dining area, hallway with wardrobe and bathroom with tub. If necessary, the living room corner will be adjusted as an additional place for a bed / in 2 + 2 configuration /. Given the maritime nature of the homes, the terraces are extensive and when opened become a natural extension of the living room.
The building without a basement consists of 5 floors, the last of which is partially sloping.
The access to the apartments will be through a controlled entrance with a secured security room, stairs and an elevator.
The construction of the building is monolithic – reinforced concrete, skeletal-beamless structural system. The walls are made of ceramic bricks, protected from the outside with the necessary thermal insulation – according to the standard. The interior walls will be treated with non-wet technological materials. The facade will be decorated with mineral moisture-resistant plasters, stone cladding, metal and more. according to the architectural detail. The windows will be made of PVC with a thermal bridge, which will contribute to the overall comfort of the building.
The necessary communication, information and security installations are provided; satellite TV and internet installations, as well as an air conditioning system installation.
The yard will be as green as possible. It is planned to use the entire infrastructure of the hotel complex “KOKICHE” – outdoor pool combined with children’s pool, restaurant, open day bar with natural access to the pool and the building, exchange office, hairdresser, shops, etc.
The entrance is through the main entrance from the southern part of the street along the eastern facade. In front of the main entrance of the complex there is a parking lot.
Departure is possible through the nearby hotel complex “Kokiche” and from there through the common area with the hotel to the street on the east side.
