Resort residential complex type “MAGNOLIA RESIDENCE” STUDIO is located in the zone “West” of Sunny Beach. They are located in regulated land property I-615, block 5703 of the construction and zoning plan of the resort, on a total area of 1006 m 2.

The facade will be decorated with mineral moisture-resistant plasters, stone cladding, metal and more. according to the architectural detail. The windows will be made of PVC with a thermal bridge, which will contribute to the overall comfort of the building.
The necessary communication, information and security installations are provided; installations for satellite television and the Internet, as well as installation for air conditioning systems.
The yard will be maximally landscaped and accessible through a controlled entrance. There is an outdoor pool combined with a children’s pool and a bar. In the area next to the pool is designed the largest possible recreation area with sunbeds and umbrellas, which is at the service of the owners of the complex.
