The building is 1.20 above the adjacent terrain, thus the building contains 4 residential floors, on levels as follows:
ground floor (elevation +0.00), 2 floors (elevation +2.90 and elevation +5.80) and terraced floors (elevation +8.70).
The clear height of the apartments is 2.67 m. The building has no basement.
The building will be accessible from a controlled entrance with a small reception and staircase.
The complex has a total of 11 apartments , of which 6 apartments have one bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom, and 5 apartments have two bedrooms, spacious living room with kitchenette, dining area , and two bathrooms.
Given the maritime nature of the site, the correct orientation of the terraces was found, as well as the optimal solution of their functional connection with the living rooms of the homes.

Design and materials
The load-bearing structure of the building is reinforced concrete – with beams on the periphery and beamless in the interior.
The external walls are brick, 25 cm thick and have thermal insulation on the outside. The internal partition walls are made of single bricks – 12 cm.
Silicate plaster will be used for the facade walls. The color solution will be specified in the working design phase.
For the facade glazing the use of aluminum and PVC windows with double glazing is provided.

pre-normative documents, Ordinance N7 / rules and norms for the development of the separate types of territories and development zones / and Ordinance N2 for “Fire-fighting construction-technical norms”.
