“West Residence” is a residential building consisting of three separate sections with their own entrances, respectively A, B and C. The number of floors of the individual sections varies from 7 to 9 floors.
The residential sections contain 88 pieces. diverse in area one-bedroom, two-bedroom and multi-bedroom homes with areas from 45 sq.m to 200 sq.m.

Each of the entrances has its own elevator, which reaches both levels for underground parking.
Parking for sections A and B is provided in a large underground car park on the basement level -1 with entrance to the ramp from Hristo Blagoev Street. Parking for building C is carried out in the parking lot of Basement -1, as well as at the level of Basement -2, through a car platform with access from Hristo Blagoev Street.
All three sections A, B and C have access to open spaces and garages for parking in the courtyard, with an entrance from Metodi Patchev Street.
The project has the following parking options:

Basement -2 – 12 parking spaces, 4 of which are combined for two cars, as well as one garage
On the ground floor there are three shops, a shop and above-ground garages.
In front of the residential buildings on Alexander Stamboliyski Blvd. and the corner with Metodi Patchev St., a richly landscaped area is planned. The landscaping of the complex will be performed according to the approved project documentation.
