The complex of hotel apartments and studios “JASMINE CLUB” is located in the “western” zone of the tourist complex “Sunny Beach”. Located on a land plot for construction V-241 in the neighborhood 5201 plan for construction and zoning of the complex with a total area of 1,373 m 2
The building is designed for seasonal use, but it is possible that this happens all year round. The apartments are designed economically, taking into account their purpose: sleeping area, living room with kitchen, hallway with wardrobe and bathroom with tub. In the predominant STUDIO one-bedroom apartments, the bedroom and living room are combined.
If necessary, the living area is planned to be adapted for an extra bed / in the 2 + 2 configuration /.
The project is solved in a compact volume, located in the central part of the area with the direction of the long axis east-west.
The layout is well-known and extremely economical – a corridor with bilaterally located apartments, with a central staircase and elevator.
Given the maritime nature of the houses, the terraces are extensive and when opened become a natural extension of the living rooms.
The architectural graphics of the building have been cleaned and freed from unnecessary details.
The architectural image of the project is sought in generalized volumes and dynamics through the plaster of contrasting tones – yellow and graphite gray.
Fresh colors give the project a modern look and a modern look, accentuated by an elegant detail of openwork railings on the terraces.
The spectacular accent is achieved due to the powerful lattice element integrated into the two main facades of the building.
The contour of the building is further shifted due to the openings of the terraces and triangular window elements on the upper floor.

The walls are made of ceramic bricks, protected from the outside by the necessary thermal insulation – according to the standard. Facades will be decorated with mineral moisture-resistant plasters, stone, metal, etc. in accordance with the architectural detail. The joinery used will be aluminum with a thermal bridge, which will contribute to the overall comfort of the building.
Necessary means of communication, information and security are provided; cable and internet installations, as well as air conditioning.
The apartments will be accessible through two controlled entrances via stairs and an elevator located in the center of the building.
On the ground floor of the building there is a reception and a spacious hall. The tourist infrastructure on the floor is complemented by a lobby bar for 60 seats, with natural access to the pool and garden of the building. , tourist service offices and necessary service facilities.
The yard will be as landscaped as possible. Access to it is controlled and carried out through two entrances to the building. There is an outdoor pool combined with a children’s pool
In the space around the pool is designed the largest recreational area with sunbeds and umbrellas available for vacationers in the complex.

At the request of the owner, providing the studio for use by foreign tourists provided by the tour operator company “ALMA HOLIDAYS” against a GUARANTEED RENT IN THE AMOUNT OF 1400 / EUR per season FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS!
AT THE DESIRD OF THE OWNER, THE CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO EXTENSION WITHOUT LIMITATION; IN THE EVENT OF A CHANGE IN THE MARKET CONDITION, THE GUARANTEED INCOME IS SUBJECT TO UPDATING.
When providing the Studio for use under a tour operator contract for GUARANTEED RENT, the current costs for laundry and cleaning of the Studio ARE AT THE EXPENSE OF “ALMA HOLIDAYS”.
The following services are provided at an additional cost:
- cleaning and ventilating the home
- washing and ironing
- current repairs and technical maintenance of each owner’s home
- settlement of the payment of taxes due by the owner on the spot: buildings, garbage, as well as all current bills for utility costs – electricity, water, telephone, etc.
