The complex of holiday apartments NAUTILUS CLUB is located in the “west” zone of the tourist complex “Sunny Beach”. It is located on Regulated Land Property I-296 in district 4301 of the development and zoning plan of the complex with a total area of 1 704 2 .
The building is designed for seasonal use, but it is possible to do this all year round. The living area is divided mainly in the form of small one-bedroom apartments / one-bedroom /, as well as one-bedroom studio apartments. , as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. If necessary, the living area will be adapted as an additional sleeping space / in configuration 2 + 2 /.
In the one-volume STUDIO apartments the bedroom and the living room are combined.
In order to expand the range of homes offered in the complex are designed and 6 pcs. two-bedroom apartments with maximum compact layout. Each of them contains 2 bedrooms, living room / living room / with kitchenette and dining area, hallway, bathroom with tub and additional bathroom.
The project is solved in a compact volume, located in the central part of the terrain.
A rare architectural solution for a building of this type is applied – the whole composition develops around a central open space, which in the style of the monastery yards organizes the life in the building, creating plastic spatial moments. functional access to the apartments in the traditions of the national Bulgarian architecture.
Another advantage of this solution is the presence of natural light and ventilation of the courtyard, which makes it possible to plant greenery and further creates a friendly atmosphere when entering the building.
In order to obtain the maximum free space required for the infrastructure of the complex, the pool is placed on a spectacular architectural element, resembling a crown, just above the top floor of the building.
This solution is unique at the moment for the Sunny Beach resort, but has been used successfully many times by the Investor in other similar projects.
At the disposal of the owners is a spacious panoramic terrace, which provides an elite atmosphere, excellent panorama and a sense of comfort for holidaymakers.
The project is in the style of Mediterranean architecture – white plaster with blue window frames and blue metal railings. The stylish color scheme gives the project a modern look and a modern look, contrasting with the colorful facades of the surrounding buildings.

The facades will be shaped with mineral moisture-resistant plasters, stone cladding, metal and more. according to the architectural detail. The joinery will be PVC with a thermal bridge, which will contribute to the overall comfort of the building.
The necessary communication and security installations are provided; cable and Internet installations, as well as air conditioning.
The yard will be maximally landscaped. Access to it is controlled and is carried out through the main entrance of the building.
For holidaymakers there is a small day bar next to the reception, which has an open area from the main entrance of the building.
The entrance to the plot is through the main entrance from the street from the west. The entrance for cars is also from the west, along the northern facade of the building. In the outline of the plot there is a small open parking lot.
